Privacy & sharing

Your answers are private first.

Tally collects your answers for Tess to review and follow up. Your private name and email are not included in published stories. Please share only information you are comfortable providing and avoid other people’s private details.

You choose what can be shared.

Written stories, photographs you already supplied, ratings and LWT social media reuse have separate permissions. Publication permissions are optional. Tess compiles a story from your answers; nothing is published automatically. Photographs and ratings require their own permission as well as written-story permission. Social reuse requires the relevant separate permission. Paid advertising needs a separate agreement.

Public links can travel.

Readers can share a public story’s link. A person who visits that link can read its published words and see its approved photographs. Withdrawing a story removes it from this website, but cannot recall copies other people have already saved or shared.

Reactions and sharing.

Share buttons open the social service you choose, whose own privacy terms apply. Where reactions are enabled, a random browser identifier remembers your choice. Counts are informal engagement, not verified programme reviews. No name or email is requested to react.

Corrections or withdrawal.

Contact lifewithtess1@gmail.com to ask about your submission, correct your story or withdraw permission. Private submissions and permission records are handled separately from the public website. Read Tally’s privacy information.
